Outdoor Discovery Festival at Lopez Lake Recreaiton Area
11:00am - 5:00pm come and discover the great outdoors with San Luis Obispo County Parks. Activities include Nature Boat Tours, Eco-Fair with exhibits and demonstrations, Arts & Craft activities and vendors. If you like hiking, biking, kayaking and more...this is the place to be! This is a great family event and everyone is welcome.
Day use fees are $10 per vehicle so make sure you carpool to this green event.

Morro Bay Golf Course provides a great location with spectacular views of the bay and estuary for this 2nd annual event. There will be numerous gourmet food vendors, great entertainment, and local wineries providing plenty of food and beverages to enjoy. Spring Splash Fun Run at Lopez Lake Recreation Area
This is a fundraising event sponsored by the Friends of Lopez Lake. Come rain or shine the runs will start at 8:00 a.m. and include a 10 Trail Run, 5k Flat Run, and a Tiny Mile Run for ages 6 & under. Entry Fees: 10k - $35, 5k - $30, Tiny Mile - $15. These fees do not include the Park Entry fee of $10.
