County Parks’ Pools to Remain Closed This Summer
County of San Luis Obispo Parks & Recreation has decided to keep pools closed this summer due to COVID-19 restrictions and the unknown timeline for when public pools may be able to operate safely across the State of California.
“This is not a decision we take lightly,” said County Parks Director Nick Franco. “We realize the significant impact this has on a number of families throughout our county.”

Kids $3.00, Adults $5.00
Kids 14 Entry Swim Pass $30.00
Adult 14 Entry Swim Pass $50.00

Cayucos Beach Junior Lifeguards
Cayucos Beach Junior Lifeguards is a 3-week program designed for youth ages 10 – 16. Discover Junior Lifeguards is a 1-week program designed for youth ages 7 – 9.
Swim Lessons
We are excited to offer a new and improved swim lesson program this year. We are offering group, private and semi-private lessons for a variety of swim levels for ages 3 and up. Swim lesson will be held at Templeton Pool and Hardie Pool. Registration forms and payment should be submitted to SLO County Parks at 1144 Monterey Street, Ste. A, San Luis Obispo, CA 93408, and can be mailed, faxed or made in person.
