Dairy Creek Golf Course Haunted House

<<Back to Events Calendar

This October, the Dairy Creek Golf Course Clubhouse in El Chorro Regional Park will be home to a new Halloween haunted house attraction called “Fear the Unknown” from October 26-30 with hours from 6:30 pm to 10 pm. Hours on Halloween Night, October 31, will be extended to 6 pm to 10 pm.

Fear the Unknown will include live characters scaring the daylights out of thrill‑seeking guests.

“This haunted house is not for the faint of heart as there will be plenty of surprise and gore,” said Golf Superintendent Josh Heptig. “We will be offering lights-on tours for the first half hour each day for those who like a good scare, but don’t desire a change of pants at the exit.”

Tickets will be $7.00 for singles, $5.00 per person for groups of six or more, and $12 for unlimited entry per day. Tickets can be purchased at the door. The proceeds of the haunted house will benefit The First Tee of the Central Coast and San Luis Obispo County Parks and Recreation.

The First Tee is a Youth Development Program where participants are taught life skills by having fun while learning the game of golf. Through the process, these young people acquire The First Tee Nine Core Values of Respect, Courtesy, Responsibility, Judgement, Perseverance, Confidence, Sportsmanship, Honesty, and Integrity. Golf is Simply the catalyst to help develop better people. Learn more about this organization at www.thefirstteecentralcoast.org
