Have you been interested in birding but don’t know how to get started? Did you know that the Pacific Flyway, a major bird migration route, passes right over the Bob Jones Trail? Come hike the Bob Jones Pathway with Ranger Chuck as he leads a birding hike. Ranger Chuck is a professional birder and will offer tips on how to become a birder, gear to choose for birding, and will identify birds observed on the hike. Meet next to the Ontario Road parking lot restroom building. We may hike to the See Canyon Creek Bridge and back (about 2.0 miles). Wear comfortable shoes, appropriate clothing for the weather and bring water. Rain cancels. We hope to see you there!
